Village girls weave these rugs without following a drafted naqsha (cartoon), instead improvising the patterns as they weave. This results in the remarkable phenomenon of ancient symbols materialising within their designs—motifs passed down through generations, rooted in their rich history and cultural heritage.
Painstakingly hand-knotted over several months, these carpets feature highland wool of exceptional quality. Its natural oil content and long fibres contribute to a luxuriously soft texture, enhancing both durability and aesthetic appeal.
