These rugs are created in a very unique way. Although the production is done in ancient machines, A large team of craftsmen work hard to finish the rugs by hand for a better look.
The initial weaving is done on very old machines under sharp eyes of a master who makes sure the rug is woven correctly. The modern machines are super fast so it is not economical to use wool yarn on them.
The carpets are inspected after they come off the looms and flaws are taken care of.
The process of making yarn is done under the same roof, from spinning to dying the wool.
carpets are washed and then sheered or clipped by hand.
Result is a collection of rugs that look as fabulous as many handmade rugs.
