We have a 2-days return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. The satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. However, we reserve the right to reject carpets that are misused, stained, or damaged in any way and form while in customers' possession.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The buyer shall pay the cost of return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer 7 days to exchange the rug for the same value. The exchange of the rug is possible only once.
This is a privilege that applies to customers who reside in Singapore. Such customers are welcome to bring the carpets purchased online or otherwise from us to our showroom and select a different carpet of their liking. The rug subject to such exchange must be of the same value or higher, in the case of which the customer would pay the balance.
The rug/s that is/are brought in for exchange must be in original or close to original condition. We reserve the right to determine if the rug meets this condition. Otherwise, we could offer to deduct an expense to wash and restore the rug to its original condition. Such a charge will be deducted from the original value. We reserve the right to reject this option if the carpet/s is/are misused, stained, or damaged in any way and form while in customers' possession.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
